I bought this for my 8 year old daughter who got her an iPad for Christmas. She loves it! It is very light and extremely protective. There were many colors to choose from and she chose pink. For this price you can't beat it. They use them in school districts, so that should tell you something. Here are the only minor downsides: - The screen protector is a bit difficult to apply. I'm afraid if you turned it on and off many times, I'm afraid it would end up leaving some marks on the iPad. Luckily you really have to take it off. Get a little rainbow effect, but very minimal. Don't notice it most of the time except in certain corners on a dark screen. Now a way to mount iPad vertically. That's my biggest problem with it. However, when my little girl puts it up, she's mostly looking at something, so landscape mode is fine.
