When I first took it out of the box, the transparent part of the case looked very scratched and fogged up, but in fact there were thin pieces of foil inside and outside the case. So be sure to remove both sides. It's quite difficult to get the original shell but when removed it looks exactly like the pictures. I was relieved because I thought I would have to send it back but at the end of the day this is a product that can be preserved.
