I have to say right away that I hate compression stockings, sleeves and all. I've tried sleeves when running ultramarathons and just haven't had enough use due to the discomfort they cause. I got this because I was battling plantar fasciitis. At first they give a feeling of tight compression, but after a while you actually get used to it. My bow felt slightly better after wearing it. I wear size 8.5 shoes so I have both sizes. There's a slight difference, but not a ton. I actually wear the larger size on my big foot and the smaller size on my smaller foot which is causing the problem. So far, so good.
