Great price (ACDelco brand is over $70) for this aluminum case Some design comparisons and an example of a point of failure in a plastic case: - The old plastic case almost broke the corner (pictured) - the new case has a threaded plug on the bottom instead of the o-ring and clamp like the old style (teflon tape added for extra security) - I didn't like that the temp sensor was loose on the included clamp, but did not expire. It came with a gasket between the body and the cylinder head (square shape), but not with an O-ring for the coolant bypass pipe, do it yourself.
