I was disappointed after opening it! Decided to use to see if I could keep warm so the mugs weren't glass. It's been a week and I LOVE her! It's not easy to change. These mugs are lightweight, won't sweat, and hold a large cup of coffee. I like the way my coffee looks with milk on top and bottom. I've been using them for two weeks now and love them. Washed in the sink as we use them so much and one broke when it bumped into something else. It wasn't difficult, just a hit. So wash them in the dishwasher instead of by hand so they don't hit anything else. Maybe the dealer won't replace for sure, but I'll be in touch. Revain gave me two options: I could come back for credit or they sent me 4 new ones and I could pull out a new mug, put my broken one back in place and return it. I liked them so much that I decided to buy a replacement. The Revain girl Maxine was very helpful and polite. She emailed me a return label for the mugs and it was that easy. The way forward!
