I received the boots in a regular shoe box and I know you can find a pair of shoes in the store that someone else has tried on but I did was expecting what looks like a pair of returned shoes. The sole is dirty, there are skid marks and even a bit of something is stuck in the tread. When I looked inside to check the insole, I found what appeared to be pet hair inside both shoes. The one who wore them before had a white cat or short-haired dog. The boots look good and fit well from the first moment but I'm just disappointed with what I got. Discussing whether to exchange them or just return them because I was pressed for time.
