I love this product, I love the taste. It helps with dehydration and energy. I live in hot Sun California I work 8 hour days away from home. I cut off a corner to pour water into my water bottle. Shake quickly. Drink one before work and throughout the day. Keeps me hydrated and energized. It's a little pricey, but that must be down to the individual packages. Worth the price for me as it can be conveniently kept in my bag to add to my water bottle. I buy 2 boxes at once. A day later they are already standing on the veranda. For this 72-year-old, that's exactly what I need.
