is almost impossible to turn the legs. You must use a knife. very inconvenient to have a knife to lift the legs. You need to give your toes more room to even raise your legs. I have medium sized hands. I can't imagine how someone with big hands could use this item. I will look for an alternative to this item. :-( I'm editing my previous rating from 1 star to 4 stars! After filing the edges of the legs I can now easily flip the legs. There was too much friction because the legs were too wide...so storage legs after that move up and down easily.Excellent durable product.Just need better quality control before shipping to customer.
