The product failed after 1 month of light use.

Bought this for an upcoming trip and thought it would be great for bluetooth audio and charging. But after about 38 days it no longer connects to the headphones I was able to connect before. I also noticed that the right button for the player is no longer clickable. The lights on the front of the unit flash dimly and then brightly, sometimes when touched, leading me to believe there is a problem with the internal circuit board. I am not covered by the 30-day return/exchange guarantee and will purchase another device. The current setup with the Switch was the Steel Series Arctic 3 Bluetooth 2019 Edition which connects to my phone with no problems and when troubleshooting it wouldn't connect to my phone or other devices.
