The only good thing about Biscaynebay is the extensive assortment of home and kitchen, bath, and bathroom accessories. You get what you pay for when it comes to the quality of their products, which is to say, not a whole lot. The towels are rough and the toothbrush holders break after only a week. Despite the site's polished appearance, it's full with bugs and inaccuracies. And their support staff? I won't even go there. It's next to impossible to get in touch with them, and even if you do, they won't be much assistance. Avoid Biscayne Bay like the plague if you value your sanity.
