It's ok, it does its main job as an iron but after just a few uses I noticed that it drips some water onto my clothes with use. It didn't soak anything, but of course I'd prefer it didn't drip at all. I think if I were willing to spend a lot more on an iron I could expect better performance, but since I don't iron every day I thought I might go for a cheaper option. I'm not staring at anything. insanely gentle so I will keep using it. It's ok, not great, but I'm fine with my hardware. If ironing is your life or your business, you probably won't buy this iron.
