Be careful if you want 1.25 "
If you use this item on 1.25" tubing there is no seal like there is on .75" and 1" hoses is the case. If you use it as a 1.25", make sure your pipe size is accurate enough. The rubber grommet protects the mounting surface and allows some difference between 0.75" and 1" pipe sizes. If used as a 1.25 " Your surface will be damaged by the metal teeth biting into your tube. Without the 1.25" rubber grommet there is also very little room for hose variations. Your tube needs to be pretty accurate at 1.25 inches for it to work.
