I am 5'1 and 117 lbs. I bought the size small. Its hard to put on and it fits tight on me which is a good thing. Its suppose to be tight. I've only worn it twice so far. once I was sitting down for a long time (which i don't recommend because it felt like i could not deep breathe). I think you need to wear this when your are moving around. the second time i went for a walk and it felt better. I recommend this product, the material is very good quality and it serves its purpose.
