UPDATE - Smallrig is kindly replacing this unit. Hopefully it lasts longer this time. It took two months for the hex screws you tighten on the sides to hold the rotary drag to stop tightening. The result is a mount that nothing else can hold straight. I had a VERY light load on it. Only BM Video Assist 5 inch without batteries as it is powered by Vmount. It worked sooo well until I re-tightened the bolts because the swivel was loose. I barely turned the hex bolt half a turn before it just started turning. Smallrig seems to think What I'm doing is wrong or using the wrong tool. I'm using the socket they suggested and it just won't tighten. So you are just offering a discount on another instead of replacing it. I bought it again two months ago, I think they should just replace it for free. It would be a better swivel monitor mount (because of the dual NATO mounts) if made a little better.
