It has helped us monitor our visitors' behavior in real time to identify areas that need improvement or modification! All interactions are stored for future reference which helps improve customer experience as well! The tool is not very user friendly at this point & it needs some more features like sending automated emails if there were any issues encountered during sessions etc., but I guess these can be added over long period as market evolves itself. We have been monitoring various aspects such as page load speeds (speed index), bounce rates among other things from day one till now - all using convizo's analytics tools!!
