I love this bathrobe. Right out of the box it was like a baby blanket it was so soft. Unfortunately when I ordered this they weren't the navy blue I wanted but I opted for white and I'm SO glad I did. polyester) and took the color so well! And after washing, the bathrobe looks even softer and hardly shrinks. Be sure to use cooler drying settings. So now I have a beautiful and comfortable custom orange bathrobe! EDIT: There was a hole in the robe that I didn't notice that was "patched" by sewing part of the back to the shoulder. It didn't affect the fit as much as it made me sad that they didn't just throw it away, or at least say it was damaged. I had to rip open the altered seam, rework the shoulder seam and patch the support cut by the manufacturer, resulting in a bulge in the shoulder. The video shows damage. If I had noticed that from the start I would not have spent the time or money painting this robe and sent it back.
