They sound good and aren't too loud. My kids love the Minion design. I bought 2 for Christmas for my 3 year old and 7 year old boys. It's March and one has stopped working. It looks like the cable is frayed and shorted near the headset. The second set shows signs of wear. I was hoping they would be more durable as they are intended for children. I would give 4 stars if the 3.5mm cable could be replaced as cables are relatively cheap to replace. If the plastic was denser or stronger I would give 5 stars.
