To be honest my old shower head sucked so it would have been better. This one is absolutely outstanding. When you turn it on, it looks like a thousand diamonds sparkling in the air. Of course we followed the instructions and removed the additional flow restrictor. When I shower, I don't need a mousy stream of water. I go there for a damn good reason to get wet and get things done quickly. Installation is quite simple, everything is there except for the screw for removing the flow restrictor, but every house has something like that. However. Directions are excellent easy to follow.
