Why am I saying this? Because when I talked to other runners, they got the same feedback I got. First, the laces are round and too thin, they don't feel as comfortable as they could be and don't stay tied. Shoes are light, but not THAT light. Most of the time, however, they don't have a predictable rebound feel. They feel like they flex as you run, and unless you have a really, really fast cadence, they don't feel as springy as my boosts. I bought 2 pairs of On shoes, these and regular Cloudventure shoes. My experience of failure applies to both. Also, they don't seem to use the same last line for every line. So if you have 9 in one row, you may have 9.5 or more in the other. All in all, what I thought was my best performing shoe turned out to be my hiking/work shoe. They're great for that.
