Review on 🔵 Hunter 51022 Conroy Low Profile Ceiling Fan, 42", Snow White Finish with LED Light and Pull Chain Control by Ryan Frazier

Since I last installed Hunter, they've reworked the installer package and somehow made it better. Very easy to insert and fix. The only tricky part was getting the connectors into the box. This low-speed fan is amazingly quiet and perfect for a small office where you just need to move the air a little but don't need a lot of noise. I strayed from the pack with our latest fan purchase for this office and ended up breaking the nearly impossible-to-remove lampshade glass by replacing the finicky little candelabra-based halogen bulb all over again ($9 a piece at Home Depot, and they hold up not long) . I lowered the still-running fan, tilted it, and deployed the Hunter. I can get LED replacements when the regular bulbs that came with the fan burn out and you can bet I won't buy another brand when I need a new ceiling fan. Update: I bought another one for our other office. This clicked loudly after about an hour of operation. Then I made a HUGE mistake by contacting Hunter via their online form. It took FOUR DAYS before anyone replied. The technician then concluded that my motor had bad bearings and they would replace it under warranty. She sent me an RMA and asked me to provide proof of purchase, which I did. A few days and no reply then I lost all my emails including the case number. So I called Hunter Support. This technology was very good, but they just never heard of me. She wanted to start the whole process all over again. I told her I would be sending it back to Revain, went online and tried the FAMOUS Revain return process. BOOM I had a new fan in three days. The saga isn't over yet, the light kit doesn't work. I tried calling Hunter Saturday afternoon, learned from the logs that they went home at 4:00pm ET and were closed on Sunday. When do you think people will install these things? A few installation notes on the yoke screws, half fit Phillips #2, half fit #3. They look and fit the same. Keep #3 handy and use it whenever you can. There are also traces of paint on the screw holes for attaching the lighting set, you might think you're tearing off the threads. It is best to tighten the screws to the stop before mounting on the floor. So you screwed it up, Hunter, and you lost a regular customer. I'm sure I'll get this one at some point. You other buyers, I have no recommendations for the best fan, DO NOT use the online service form, call them and save your box and packaging, obviously you will need them. Also remember, if you're like me (and many others) installing over the weekend, you won't get much help. My bank is open later. I really hope Revane doesn't think I'm pulling any kind of cheating trying to get another one back. This third fan has been running like a champion for over three weeks, quietly and powerfully. Thank you Revane for staying with me. The rating rose again to four stars. I guess my experience wasn't the norm, this is a great fan and I would buy another one if I needed one.
