I bought 2 of these massage sticks. The first lasted exactly 5 months before the plastic part that controlled the vibration head broke. The company replaced the broken block with a newer model. The new model didn't have the same interior design and didn't use the same broken plastic part, but was designed to be much more durable. The problem I had with the new model was that the metal screw holding the vibrator head loosened and fell off. Over time and use it just vibrated until it broke off and I had to unscrew the case and screw the head back on. It only took 10 minutes and 1 Phillips screwdriver was like new! Reliable 2019 model.
