I am a small, small, not strong (but very determined) middle-aged girl and was able to install this TV mount myself. I have already installed a few of them and was immediately impressed by the quality of the drilling template when I opened the box. Most stencils are fragile pieces of ultra-thin paper that are difficult to line up on the wall and drill into due to the creases in the paper. The template in this set was glossy coated card stock which was MUCH easier to work with, align and place correctly. I drilled once and thanks to the template everything was in the right place and on the same level. I bought it for my 65 inch Samsung TV because I wanted to turn it over and watch TV while I was cooking or when we were eating at the dining table. A TV this size swung about 140 degrees. I think I could pull it out further and get closer to a 180 degree rotation, but I was limited by the length of the TV's power cord. I'm amazed by the strength of this mount, very happy I was able to handle it myself (with difficulty) (if I set it up a bit I would need a different pair of hands... I used a shoulder to balance it).
