Plastic rubbish for cats

The scoop was packed in the clear plastic bag shown in the photo. I cut the orange tie wrapped around the handle with scissors, and then when I pulled the shovel out of my pocket, it broke in half. After it was already broken, I was able to easily snap off one of the prongs in the middle which was only connected at one end. A piece of junk is made of plastic, painted over with metallic paint. I will return it for a refund.
