Surprisingly fast
I'm making ethanol for hand sanitizer in the process so can't tell if it affects the taste. But it really sped up my fermentation. I became concerned when my airlock stopped bubbling after a little over 48 hours. Usually it is more than a week. But when I checked my specific gravity it was under 1.0 so basically it just stopped because it was done.
