Review on Enhance Your Listening Experience 🎧 with TERK Amplified AM/FM Stereo Indoor Antenna by Scott Welch

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Beware of this product. 2 out of 3 items listed in the box were missing.

I needed an antenna for my home stereo because I couldn't connect to the radio station I listened to the most. The order arrived quickly and was as advertised with one small issue. What is written on the box: This box contains: AM/FM tower antenna, AC/DC power adapter and 75-75 ohm transformer. COOL, at least that's what I thought until I opened the box. Tower antenna, check. It was the only thing in the box. No AC/DC adapter and no 75-75 ohm transformer. Everything, the antenna itself was in a box, factory sealed, it looked lonely. I contacted support and they told me that's the only thing they can do the money is partially refundable. which turned out to be $10. So now I have to try and find the right adapter somewhere with the right plug and a 75 to 75 ohm transformer which, given my time, effort and gas, will no doubt work much better than a $10 partial refund . I received from product support. But you gotta do what you gotta do. It just seems frustrating that you have to go through all of this to end up getting what you originally paid for. I don't get mad at the product support. They just have to do as they are told and the lady I spoke to, Kim, was very nice and gave me at least a partial refund. It's sad because I remember a time as companies stood by their products and took pride in the fact that their products were advertised and actually worked as advertised. I know this makes me old as fuck, but modern businesses have just lost something over time, and that's very sad. Anyway, that's all. I have to go and find an adapter and a transformer.
