Fast, small and uncomfortably heated.
I'm using it on a 16" MacBook Pro and it works fast. I'm getting close to 1GB/s reading and writing, but it gets too hot when it's busy writing. I'm worried it won't last long. Only time will tell, but I'm concerned. Make sure you're using the included USB-C to USB-C cable to make it use the speed of USB 3.2 Gen 2. I tried the cable that came with my iPadpro and it's very slow in comparison.Update: I bought the drive in December 2019. It's now April 2021 and it's still running. Zero issues so far. Highly recommended!
