I travel a lot for work and 90% of my luggage is black (including mine!). I got tired of guessing at the baggage carousel which luggage is mine, so I bought these pens (both pink and green). It definitely makes your suitcase easier to spot (unless someone else bought it on your flight :)). I've used them several times and they didn't fall off during the flight. They only get dirty if shaken on the plane, but I tossed them in the washing machine and they came out clean. A good choice if you are a frequent flyer or just want your luggage to be easier to spot.
