I put these away to use at a later date when needed (July 2021). Took them out today to sit down and finally polish my jewelry, and there is no other way to put it: THEY DO NOT WORK. I have used similar polishing clothes forever. Some are grea abs some are good, but all do something. The way they work is that the white cloth is used to rub the gold or silver and dark black residue is left on the rag which gradually gets lighter as you work it through. These rags take zero dirt or grime off of the jewelry. They are white as before. Not sure if I received a defective untreated set, they just or they are just counterfeit. They do not work. I am past the return window.as usual, so tough luck.Better off going to your local jewelry store and getting a real one.The part that is most a bothersome abs annoying g is that I counted on this to work to clean my jewelry for an occasion tomorrow.This seems to be an increasing trend with ebay vendors these days. It’s actually unreasonable able to deny a return for an item that is nit necessarily meant for immediate use.
