This is the best teether we've found. It wraps around the child's wrist and adjusts to their size, making it very reliable. The best part is my 6 month old won't drop it. He drops all the other teethers we were using and then starts crying, not realizing he just has to pick them up. Since he automatically puts his hand to his mouth when teething, he's already on his arm with this teething ring, so it's perfect! Of course, the way it's shaped also captures it. It may not be as cute or fun in color as many other teethers, but if you're looking for one that WORKS and won't drop your baby, then I recommend this one.
