Review on πŸ›οΈ Bedecor Twin Mattress Bag Cover - 5 Mil Heavy Duty, Dustproof & Waterproof - Protects Mattress during Moving or Storage, Ensuring Long-Term Preservation by Sandy Vaughn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Thick material and heat-sealed seams.

Moving is never fun, and moving large bulky items like mattresses is even less fun. Also, they're not easy to clean when they touch the dirty floor of your budget apartment complex, making some protection almost a necessity. That's exactly why I got this case. I have a 14 inch memory foam mattress and this bedspread slipped down over it fairly easily, as did the two pairs of fitted sheets I had on top for extra protection. The material is quite strong and cannot be pierced, but we made sure not to attach it to the door. Frames and stair nosings as we were unsure of the tensile strength. One thing we liked was the 3/8" heat seals on the rim, which were strong without being overly aggressive. (Press them too hard and you can melt too much plastic, creating a weak point.) Luckily, there was no rain or drizzle along the way, and we saw no signs of dust, dirt, or debris as we pushed in the mattress unpacked. Pocket. Just to be thorough, I dumped a nearly full can of seltzer in my bag and nothing came out, with the added bonus that I didn't have to drink it again. heh

Pros
  • Sealable Mattress Bag Sealable: The bag has no ventilation holes and its end opening can be completely sealed with tape to prevent air, dust, moisture, stains and insects from entering. Provides a safer environment for storing items.
Cons
  • ill thought out
