This shirt was advertised as a fitted shirt. I have a 41" bust and a 31" waist and need a fitted shirt. I liked the design of the shirt, material and color. The problem was that it fit like a bag, too big on the body. From the armpits it hung straight down and had no taper. I went back and got medium instead of large. Medium sits lightly on the shoulders and adjusts perfectly to the waist and body. I'm still not going to fasten the top button to keep the neck in order.
