Review on DAMIDEL by Sameer Hilton

I have been a DAMIDEL customer for many years, but my most recent interactions with the company have been less than satisfying. Items have been coming broken or visibly not up to grade, indicating a deterioration in the quality of their products. The lack of reaction and assistance from their customer service team when I have tried to address these concerns is particularly disappointing. I've tried getting in touch multiple times, but no one has responded with a solution that works for me. As someone who needs reliable outdoor equipment, DAMIDEL is no longer an option.
