Very beautiful and elegant jewelry. However, the end pins are too small because the jewelry slips right through my piercing hole. I've included a picture so you can see the silver item I pierced with (above) compared to one of the items in this set. The ball at the end doesn't stop the decoration and I can pull it out completely. This nose stud design is also very difficult to insert as the tips are so small that it is difficult to grasp and screw them. Also, you can't see where the hole is from the inside. The tire is the only one I can use and with difficulty because the hole is so small I can barely get it on my nose. I'm giving it two stars because I love the design, the color and the material doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I really wish they could work for me!
