I bought these as I don't like my current nose ring style. I really wanted a heart and when I tried to put it in, the heart popped out and I lost it, so I can't put it back.

All the details are cute as described and MY NOSE IS NOT GREEN. I have incredibly sensitive skin and almost always react to "fake" surgical metals. It has to be real because my nose is happy. To my weary online jewelry shoppers: That's fine!

I bought this set because of the small studs but there is a wide range of decorations that will keep me happy for a long time! I like to change the studs often. I'm usually a little wary of non-metallic colored jewelry because of the tendency for the color to peel, but I haven't had that problem with these. Real surgical steel! Certain purchase

I am pleased with the variety of designs in this kit. It doesn't look cheap at all either, it's very true to the color described, rose gold. And I've liked everything I've used so far. *It should be noted that they should not be worn on the earlobes as they are so small that they can easily be lost while sleeping. Overall I would recommend and buy again.

These nose rings are definitely the perfect small size and beautiful, but they are definitely not high quality metal and are definitely nickel free because I can wear them nothing with nickel and these nose rings hurt my nose and swell up so it's very disappointing and misleading to the consumer who can't wear certain metals but my daughter uses them so not such a waste of time and money.

Very beautiful and elegant jewelry. However, the end pins are too small because the jewelry slips right through my piercing hole. I've included a picture so you can see the silver item I pierced with (above) compared to one of the items in this set. The ball at the end doesn't stop the decoration and I can pull it out completely. I've had nose piercings on both sides for over a year and wanted new rings. Not sure what size I need, bought it on a whim. I've lost 2 already.
