This pad is well made and serves its purpose. I noticed that some reviews say that if your waist measurement is close to the max, go up one size. It didn't apply to me. The size was just right. I use it to help with weight lifting at the gym. This bandage also helps solve problems if you have an incisional hernia. I'm 3 inches above my belly button and this band provides extra support for crunches and other exercises. Highly recommended. I also have lower back issues and the extra support allows me to lift weights.
