Advantages: 1. Simple operation.2. All inclusive.3. Short cables. Cons: 1. The heat shrink tubing was placed too far on the connector - needs to be trimmed to secure the connectors. 2. The light is very difficult to assemble without crimping the wires. Other lighting kits include pads to support the cables. This kit breaks wires that fray and fail.3. The instructions say it draws 60 watts of power, which is plenty if you want it to run on battery while parked.
