The most important thing I love about this software is that it's easy to use for anyone who has basic knowledge of computers or even smartphone users can easily understand how everything works in real time without any previous training required. It also provides all kinds of valuable information which helps us make decisions regarding our business as well as marketing strategies. There are some minor issues like sometimes you have to refresh your page several times before getting updated data but nothing major so far. We mainly used their Wi-Fi monitoring service where we could monitor the traffic patterns from different locations around campus. This helped me identify areas within my college/university were students tend not visit very often hence creating an opportunity area for myself (as faculty member) to create more awareness among them by organizing events such as quizzes etc.,.
