Just repeating what many others have said. Mounting holes are useless. If you find one stud, there's no way to match another with the 16-inch body standard spacing between center studs, which is over 100 years old. I mean that? Anyway, I proceeded with the installation using the supplied hardware (plaster wall threads in the screw slots). Even with a solid 3" screw in the rack using the center hole itself and a different screw and hollow wall socket combination, the shelf sagged horribly. . It was supposed to be valued at £5.8, I think the documents show I wouldn't trust even a pound in Haiti. It was also scratched on the leading edge, although I didn't see any damage to the packaging or the shrink wrap it was wrapped in. After wasting 30 minutes of my time I will never go back I have issued a refund. At least it usually goes well through Revain. I just want to take a picture before removing/packing it back. And I don't like this QR code return label nonsense. Forces me to go out of my way to an actual UPS store instead of printing my own label and using one of the many UPS pickup locations within minutes of my home or work. Let me do it or print my own label PLEASE!
