When I received this bag I was surprised (in a good way) by how compact it was. I wanted to go smaller for the summer, but with young kids I usually pack sunscreen and snacks in my bag so I needed some space without being heavy. thin and very light but durable. I LOVE the top handle, the lug quality I've come to expect, and all the compartments. When I need more space, it handles that thick bible very well (see SRT image inside) and the strap can be lengthened as a shoulder bag for such heavy items, or left as a shoulder bag if shortened.
