dried up and my paper torn

I was really excited to get them but once I started painting with them they tore up SO MUCH on my paper. Most of them were also dried. If I did more than one run with them, my paper would get torn. So disappointed that you get so many colors for a good price but not worth it if they don't work and ruin your work. :(
