I love this case for the Surface Pro 7. It's durable and fits the device perfectly. The bottom of the case is a little thin, but if you drop it it will most likely lean towards the edge as the edges are so much heavier. That's what it's meant to be. Also the pen holder is handy, I don't have to worry about the magnet not working when I put it on the surface pro 7. One thing caught my eye and might be a hindrance for some, but the kickstand cover can make a difference whether it's in your way or not. I measured it, and without the stand cover, Full Range of Motion leaves a gap of just under 2 inches. With the stand cover, Full Range of Motion leaves almost 8 inches more free space. Thus, the difference between closed lid and closed lid is about 6 inches. You will decide. It bothered me at first, but then I realized that it helps me write a little better with the Surface Pen while tilted another 6 inches with the cap on it.
