Decent budget bag but no haggling.

Decent cheap little bag. Can hold an amazing amount and has lots of useful pockets. With continuous use, it needs to be replaced within a year. Aesthetically unattractive - deduct a star if that makes a big difference to you. Pros: + Durable materials + Decent pocket placement + Space for a small 7" tablet in the main pocket and a 5x4 phone in the back zip pocket. Cons: - a bit heavy (in exchange for strong and cheap fabric) - can use closed pocket design, contents not very secure - could be cheaper given the cheap fabric and unattractive design. - Inconvenient locking tab design - Poor construction quality. I've only used this on a trip in the last few months, it held up decently but had a lot of threads sticking out or a stitch or two coming loose. In terms of durability I would say I will replace them within a year. The bag itself has a small structure so depending on what you put in it, it looks lumpy and can be uncomfortable to carry. The material looks very cheap, a definite disadvantage when going on a date etc. The valve design is inconvenient as it depends on a strap attached to the bottom of the bag to close and compress; a simple zipper design would be significantly better and not more expensive to manufacture. However, this eliminates the flap pocket that is useful for carrying coins, subway tickets, chewing gum, etc. Overall, as a cheap and easily disposable holdall, I'd recommend it, but don't expect it to last a long time or look good. . If aesthetics are important to you, subtract a star.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Piggy Bank Price
