I've been working from home since March. One of the big differences is that I no longer have a desk and chair, but work at my bed or dining table. It's not really a big deal, but I do notice a difference in my back when I'm slouched most of the day. I decided to order this posture corrector to see if it would help at all. I was happy that it is soft with no hard plastic parts. It fits on the back and the straps run down the front. They are adjustable with Velcro. It keeps your shoulders back so they don't slouch. It's a little bulky under my arms, but it's not unbearable. I feel like it really helps with back pain.
