My husband recently injured his back after lifting something too heavy. A small crack but it takes time to heal. I also use posture correctors and his physical therapist suggested I wear one for an hour three times a week to help me stretch, so I bought him my own. It is adjustable, made of neoprene, has strong stitching and helps with recovery and pain. .Personally I would have liked a little more padding.
