The product has all of the essentials for any kind of conference or an expo. You can see all your participants, as well a lot of useful information about them - their location, type of work, etc. Also it allows you to create your own custom reports and have access to those via the mobile app in case of any unforeseen circumstances (i.e. power outage). We use it at our customer engagement meetups. Also we're using it to collect data from customers that are attending an engagement at one of our locations - we can create separate dashboards for each location so that we easily find out if our customer base is satisfied with our events. I like how easy it was for people in different locations, time zones etc.,to be able to work together from anywhere at any given moment with little lag or downtime of events! It helped us keep our clients happy by being more efficient than ever before!! Nothing really but we have been using this system since 2015 so there isn't much new information out yet about what they are working towards now. They did add some features recently though which has made things even better overall.
