Very good collaboration tool when organizing conferences

The product has all of the essentials for any kind of conference or an expo. You can see all your participants, as well a lot of useful information about them - their location, type of work, etc. Also it allows you to create your own custom reports and have access to those via the mobile app in case of any unforeseen circumstances (i.e. power outage).   • Customer service reps were very friendly
  • Very quick response times when anything happens.
  • Dashboard views allowed me get everything done faster without having too many screens open; especially helpful while keeping up during my busy day job hours
Cons
  • Sometimes crashes randomly
  • Not intuitive enough
  • Can become cluttered quickly
