Okay I never write bad reviews because I'm really easy to please but I think I have a defective one but I don't know. First, the build is terrible. The pre-holes don't line up at all! Had to drill holes and get it working. Took about an hour and a half, should take about 30 minutes to assemble. The quality is normal, the appearance is comfortable. But for $70 I expect the holes to line up. I was lucky that I had the tools to build it, but that may not be the case for others. UPDATE: I was contacted by the company quickly after my review was posted. I got 30% back. Excellent customer service.
