Review on πŸ‘” Van Heusen Boys' 2-Piece Castor Formal Clothing: Stylish and Sophisticated Attire for Young Gentlemen by John Eaton

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Needed a suit quickly and it did the job.

My third child recently had their first communion and the size 8 suit I had on hand that was being worn by my other two boys (Tommy Hilfiger) didn't fit him so I had to find another. Looked at a lot of suits at Revain (because we live in the country and didn't have time to drive into town to visit a department store). Although it wasn't my favorite that I looked at Revain I decided to order it as it was shipped direct from Revain and arrived just in time for his first communion. threads or mismatched lines), but the material the suit is made of (polyester), felt is very thin. Luckily you couldn't see through the suit (but it was close!). The price and speed of delivery made it worth buying. However, if I had time to purchase a more durable suit (one that feels heavy, lined, and heavy in relation to the clothing), I would definitely do so. My hefty eight year old son and a size 10 fit well. I followed the measurement guide to see which Husky size 8 or 10 would fit best. Size 10 shoulder width was slightly wider and that was key to ordering the correct size.

Pros
  • The notched lapels and two button closure at the front create a classic and elegant look.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all religions or cultures that require a specific dress code.
