The tool to remove links does not do the job. But the band is sharp looking worth the $.

I love the band the color is exactly what my Mother was looking for and the comfort is fantastic, however, the tool to remove links was cheaply made and it broke so I had to take in to remove links. I had sent email to C.S. and they were supportive and asked if I wanted another tool and/or $6 refund I selected the refund since I had already paid over $16 to remove links. I'm glad they did handle my issue and did purchase another 4 bands and only of the tools actually was sturdy and worked in removing the links. Yey!

May be difficult to adjust without specialized tools.
