Fragile & Cheap - Bows & Ribbons
It's terrible. Individual parts are attached to each other but not connected as a whole, so the bow moves, making it difficult to handle. The material is thin. I bought them to attach to wreaths on the outside of my windows. But I doubt it will survive outdoor use. I'm ashamed I paid $5 a loop for this. I'm not sure what kind of project it would be worth doing.
